By accessing and utilising the Pepper Academy Platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use. These terms govern the access, use, and management of all learning content, assessment activities, and training records available through the Platform. Please read these terms carefully prior to engaging with any content.

1. Intellectual Property

All learning content, course materials, training resources, assessments, and related documentation accessible through the Pepper Academy Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of:

  • Pepper Money; and/or
  • The Institute of Strategic Management (ISM).

Participants are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, publishing, or otherwise exploiting any content available on the Platform without the prior written consent of Pepper Money and/or the Institute of Strategic Management. Unauthorised use of any content may result in immediate suspension of Platform access and may be subject to applicable legal action.

2. CPD Hours & Training Records

The Pepper Academy Platform automatically records all Certified Professional Development (CPD) hours and training activity undertaken by participants. In this regard:

  • All training completions, assessment outcomes, and CPD hours are captured and stored within the Platform in real time.
  • Participants will have visibility of their own training records, including course completion status and CPD accumulation.
  • Assigned managers and designated personnel will have access to review, monitor, and generate reports on participant training records and course completion data within their respective teams.

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure their training activity is reflected accurately on the Academy and to raise any discrepancies with their assigned manager or the Academy administrator promptly.

3. Course Completion Requirements

To successfully meet the requirements of any course or program delivered via the Pepper Academy Platform, participants must:

  • Complete all designated learning components in full; and
  • Successfully complete all assessment components in accordance with the specified passing criteria.

Partial completion of either learning or assessment components will not be recognised as course completion. Participants who do not meet the minimum requirements may be required to re-attempt the relevant components as directed by their manager or the Academy administrator.

4. Platform Access & User Accounts

4.1  Account Activation and Suspension — Access to the Pepper Academy Platform is granted solely to current employees and authorised contractors of Pepper Money. In the event that a user account is disabled for any reason, the participant will be unable to access the Academy Platform unless the account is formally reviewed, approved, and reactivated by authorised Pepper Money personnel.

4.2  Cessation of Employment or Contract — Upon the cessation of employment or the conclusion of a contractual engagement with Pepper Money, the participant's user account will be permanently deleted from the Platform. Consequently:

  • All associated training records will be permanently and irrevocably deleted.
  • No training history, CPD records, or course completion data will be retained on the academy platform following account deletion.

4.3  Reinstatement of Former Participants — Should a former employee or contractor return to Pepper Money in any capacity, a new user account will be created. Previous accounts and all associated training data

cannot and will not be reinstated under any circumstances. All learning and development activity will recommence from the date of the new account creation.

Participants will be notified of any material changes via the Platform or through other appropriate communication channels. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
